FootyTier started as a brand new football channel with no audience. I built it around a simple format for YouTube Shorts: quick football clips, strong hooks, and topics people already wanted to argue about.

The main idea was the worst football fails series. It was easy to understand, easy to repeat, and gave people a reason to watch more than one video. I kept the format tight, made the titles feel like a series, and focused on getting viewers into the next Short instead of treating each upload like a one off.

I uploaded every day and treated each Short like a test. If the first seconds did not hold attention, the next video changed. If a topic got comments or repeat views, I made more of it.

The growth came from watching the numbers closely. I checked realtime views, retention, and which videos YouTube kept pushing. Around the middle of the month one upload took off and reached close to 45K views in a day, so I used that same style again while it was still working.
